Condition of Merchandise

All returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • A valid Order Number is required as proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Store Error We will cover all shipping costs (original and return). This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

3. Refunds and Damaged Items

Refunds

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is a result of a store error (e.g., damaged/defective item or incorrect shipment).

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within the 30-day window from delivery) at customersupport@alaigro.com. We will arrange for either a full refund or a reshipment of the correct item at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item.

  • Process: To arrange an exchange, please contact us at customersupport@alaigro.com. You will not need to place a new order. We will process the exchange and reserve the new size for you once the return is initiated.

  • Shipping for Exchange: The customer is responsible for shipping the unwanted item back to our store. We will cover the cost of shipping the new, exchanged item to you.

5. Worldwide Orders

The terms and conditions outlined in this Exchange and Returns Policy, including the 30-day window, eligibility requirements, and fee structure, are applied with the same structure for all worldwide orders.
